Panelists focus on the ins and outs of creating a podcast, growing your audience, and networking with other podcasters. Moderated by Andrew Linde (The Benview Network, The Super Mario Bros. Minute), panelists include Ken Plume (A Bit of a Chat, Go Team Venture: The Art and Making of Venture Brothers), Emily Schmemily (The Super Mario Bros. Minute, James Bonding), Phil Vecchio (The Mandarian Orange Show, Alex P. Keaton Is My Friend), Cheryl Jones (Movies Made Me, Pete The Cat), and Brendan Creecy (Massive Buds Wrestling Show, Radio BrendoMan). Independent podcasters in the audience will also have a chance to pitch their podcasts to the room.

Discussing movies on social media has become a blood sport instead of a forum for debate. Leonard Maltin and his daughter Jessie, who host the "Maltin on Movies" podcast for the Nerdist network, are willing to take on all comers who have a gripe over one of Leonard's reviews. Marquis of Queensbury rules will be enforced, but anyone who wants to have a lively discussion is welcome to spar (verbally) with America's best-known film critic.

Roddenberry Entertainment, the name that brought you Star Trek, takes on genre entertainment in the current landscape and provides updates on many of their current projects. Film and television producers Eugene "Rod" Roddenberry and Trevor Roth reveal rarely seen Deep Space Nine treasures from the Roddenberry Archives in celebration of the series' 25th anniversary and present a special screening of the company's original film project, Instant, soon to be released to worldwide audiences. The panel will be joined by podcast hosts John Champion and Ken Ray, who will speak to the growing Roddenberry Podcast Network. Moderated by Clare Kramer (Buffy the Vampire Slayer).

The Kaiju Kingdom Podcast: Rise of the Kaiju Genre
Co-hosts Jessica Tseang and Chris Eaton, along T. J. Storm (motion capture actor for Godzilla in Legendary's Godzilla, Colossus in Deadpool 2) and other panelists, discuss the growing kaiju genre. Since 1954, TOHO has dominated the kaiju film industry, and now, the genre has spread across multiple mediums around the world: anime, manga, video games, and comics. American films such as Godzilla (2014), Pacific Rim, and Kong: Skull Island have led to producing sequels Pacific Rim: Uprising, Godzilla: King of the Monsters, and the highly anticipated Godzilla vs. Kong (2020). Veterans of the industry shed some light on the fascinating resurgence of the kaiju/monster genre and what it's like to be a part of this cultural phenomenon.
