Playtime is back! Originally launched in 1959, Pin Play was a staple of every playroom and toy chest for over 40 years. Now decades later, Entertainment Earth is bringing Pin Play back with wooden Pin Mates from the hottest licenses for kids and collectors such as Marvel, DC Comics, and KISS, as well as classic favorites like Luckee the Dog (available first at SDCC). This panel will premiere the newest Pin Mates and offer a look into the dangers of app-based toys as well as why open-ended creative play is needed to stimulate young imaginations. Hosted by Scott Neitlich (Masters of the Universe Classics, METALS Nano) and Adam Pawlus (Galactic Hunter, 16bit.com), the panel features creative director Griffin Maghari and Barbara Shaw Neitlich (LCSW, national expert on child play therapy).
