Held in PR 04: Impact Theory Comics publisher is looking for high quality artists in all styles, including pencilers, inkers, colorists, letterers and writers. Any examples of highly detailed work and/or examples of Sci-Fi in your portfolio are a huge plus. We're looking for people that have a DEEP mastery over visual storytelling. Your work should look awesome, but it should also evoke deep emotion. We are looking for all talent, but also encourage female talent to apply. We look forward to meeting you and reviewing your work!
Held in PR 01: Revity Entertainment (a division of Revity Digital Marketing) is actively seeking freelance storyboard artists, animators (2D & 3D CGI), concept artists and more for its upcoming TV and YouTube entertainment channels!
Held in PR 06: Committed Comics will be reviewing portfolios of dedicated and driven creative talents. We are looking for people who have a drive to get into the comic book industry and create some incredibly original and amazing comics. We will be reviewing all facets of the creative process but if you don't have sequential samples please don't sit for a review. If you would like to submit your cover only portfolio or character design portfolios then please drop a packet with a contact sheet to the Committed Comics small press booth at P-10. Writer samples will be collected and quickly reviewed or you can drop off a packet at P-10 in the small press area. Completed projects or full creative teams are welcome to sit for a review.
Held in PR 05: Smorgasbord Productions is a Hollywood animation studio currently recruiting Childrens Book Illustrators, Flash animators, 2D character designers and storyboard artists. Will be reviewing demo reels as well as portfolios that demonstrate drawing skills. Comic book portfolios will be reviewed to a lesser extent. Clients include YouTube channels, Dreamworks TV, Jash and our own original series.
